And the one-day plan “Sushi Kaiseki”. The Shonai region of Yamagata Prefecture, where Atsumi Onsen Bankokuya is located, is known as the “City of Food” because of its

The sashimi used for Kokonoe Mori is 9 types of seafood, including turban shells from Shonai Beach, surume squid, and mizu octopus. Among them, we recommend the turban shell, which is packed with nutrients in early summer before spawning, and the highly nutritious surume squid and mizudako, which are in season from July to September.
