Acquired “Platinum Kurumin” certification as a company that strives to achieve a high level of work-childcare balance

I-net Co., Ltd. (TSE Prime Market 9600, Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative Director: Mitsuru Sakai, hereinafter “I-net”) is a company that is making high-level efforts to balance work and childcare. We received the “Platinum Kurumin” certification from the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.

As of March 31, 2023, 14 of the 134 companies in Kanagawa Prefecture that have received the “Kurumin” certification have received the “Platinum Kurumin” certification. We acquired the “Kurumin”
certification in May 2012, and the continuation and further promotion of these initiatives have led to the acquisition of the “Platinum Kurumin” certification.
We will continue to promote the improvement of work-life balance and balance between work and childcare, and create an environment where each and every employee can shine. In addition, in order to realize a society in which men and women cooperate in childcare, we will further focus on encouraging men to take childcare leave.
