Kanagawa Prefectural Sports Supporter Training Seminar for People with Disabilities!
~ Cultivate volunteer human resources who support sports for people with disabilities. Held four times this year
Since 2016, the prefecture has been holding the “Kanagawa Prefectural Sports Supporter Training Seminar” in order to train volunteer staff for sports competitions and events for people with disabilities in the prefecture. We are looking forward to receiving applications from people who are interested in para-sports and want to work as volunteers at para-sports events.

1 Overview
Cultivate human resources to support para-sports, continuously promote para-sports, and promote understanding of para-sports. More than 600 people have completed the course so far.

3 Main contents of the workshop
Understanding of people with disabilities, experience of assistance methods, initiatives for sports for people with disabilities in the prefecture, overview and experience of sports for people with disabilities
4 Eligibility
Those who meet all of the following conditions (1) to (3)
(1) Persons living, working, or attending school in Kanagawa Prefecture (2) Those who are 12 years old or older as of April 1, 2023
(3) Persons who are willing to register as a supporter of sports for persons with disabilities in Kanagawa Prefecture and participate in various competitions and events related to sports for persons with disabilities in the prefecture as volunteers.
