In the Natural Food Cooking Class, I have been seriously thinking about two things: my interest in making and eating delicious vegetable dishes, and my interest in waste that turns into garbage. The value of eating is changing from an era of plentiful food to an era of sustainable food choices that are good for the body and live a long, healthy life. Sustainability means the sustainable development of humans, society, and the global environment, and the incorporation of earth-friendly activities into society and life.
Therefore, at the Natural Food Cooking Class, since last year we have continued to hold small-group seminars on [3 items from the kitchen to “reducing food loss at home”].
★ 1. Dried vegetables (useful in times of disaster)

Even in the house, if you improve the ventilation from the screen door, it will dry.
Depending on the season, use a fan on days when pollen or yellow dust is a concern.
·Preservation method
Put it in a drying net or a small container and hang it on a hanger. Can be refrigerated (7 days) or frozen (30 days) in a zippered plastic bag. ★2. Vegetable Broth
In natural food cooking, the skin is basically left unpeeled, but when the edges or crumbs of the vegetables come out, put them in a plastic bag and store them in the vegetable compartment.
☆Rinse well with water, put water in a pot and boil for about 30 minutes. ☆ When it cools down, prepare a colander and a bowl, transfer the contents, put the delicious vegetable soup in a bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
★ 3. Compost (fertilizer)
