In this survey, we found that about one in two people with parents over the age of 60 are taking special fraud countermeasures for their parents. In particular, Yamanashi Prefecture, Nagano Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Tokyo Prefecture have a high implementation rate of countermeasures, and a high recognition rate of the fact that answering machines are recommended as a countermeasure method.
