In addition, since mat exercise is implemented in elementary school physical education, many voices were heard that they wanted to learn basic techniques. Therefore, the final goal of “Kuroken Mat Juku” is “beautiful handstand forward roll”.
In the 30-step progression criteria up to the handstand forward roll, basic events such as forward rolls, backward rolls, and side rolls are included. Advancement exams are held in every class, so you can keep your motivation high and progress steadily.
Practice frequency is once a week (three times a month), and you can feel free to join us.
Now, as we are recruiting new members due to the opening of the new school, we will hold a membership campaign. We are looking forward to welcoming you on this occasion.
