■ Consideration of the results (Representative Director Hideki Ota Comprehensive comment)
・ Background to the increase in the number of students studying abroad: The ban on studying abroad, which was not possible even if they wanted to go due to the corona wreck, has finally been lifted! The study abroad industry, which had been in a difficult situation due to the great impact of the corona crisis, is growing rapidly for the first time in three years. From 2020, students such as junior high school students, high school students, and university students who wanted to study abroad but could not go, and working people who have been planning and waiting for the time to ripen are starting to move. The number of people who go on working holidays is also increasing, partly due to the fact that overseas wages are rising due to low prices.
・Future study abroad trends: “Remote work study abroad” and those involved in the inbound tourism industry are booming
In the future, office workers who use the remote work / workation system that has become popular due to the corona sickness, and freelancers who are not bound by working hours, can use the time difference with overseas to study abroad while working remotely. The demand for studying abroad is expected to increase more and more as a “remote work study abroad *” that is compatible with both, and English learning for those involved in the inbound tourism industry, which is showing great excitement after Corona.
Since the demand in the study abroad industry is also increasing, it is expected that the employment of study abroad related businesses will increase.
