Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo) will hold the summer Tanabata event “HAPPY SMILE for TANABATA” from Saturday, June 24, 2023 in collaboration with the NPO group Happy Smile. It will be held. This is the second time this event has been held since last year, and this year the target facilities will be expanded to a total of 39 facilities, including THE CELESTINE HOTELS, MITSUI GARDEN HOTELS and sequence.
“HAPPY SMILE for TANABATA” is a customer-participation-type Tanabata event where people with disabilities write their wishes on strips of paper and hang them on the bamboo leaves installed in the museum. This year, we are using Japanese paper from Ozu Washi, a Japanese paper specialty store in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
This project was realized with the cooperation of the support facility “Asagaya Welfare Workshop”, which supports the purpose of Group Happy Smile’s activity, “Creating an environment (space) where everyone who gathers smiles, regardless of whether they have a disability.” Participation is free of charge, and by setting up a charity box during the period, donations will be collected from those who support the purpose of this activity, and the collected funds will be donated to Group Happy Smile.
We will contribute to society by “connecting” people through “gathering places”. Please enjoy “TANABATA”, a summer tradition, at The Celestine Hotels, Mitsui Garden Hotels, sequence.
