Cool noodles of early summer came again this year
The evolutionary cod roe spaghetti specialty store “Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti” will start selling the limited-time menu “Yamagata Dashi and Mentai Tororo no Tarako Spaghetti”, which is popular during the hot season, from June 7, 2023 (Wednesday).
Cold cod roe spaghetti topped with Yamagata dashi, a local dish from Yamagata Prefecture. With plenty of condiments such as myoga, shiso, and okra, it has a refreshing feeling, and the smooth texture of pollack roe and grated yam makes it refreshing even on a hot day.
