Yuhei Shofukutei will hold a solo performance at Kadoza this summer!
It has been decided that the “YOU-HEY! One-man show” that started at B1 Kadoza in 2006 will be held at DAIHATSU Shinsaibashi Kadoza on Saturday, August 26th.

“Rubic Kyubu” is a human story where you can feel parent-child love through the Rubik’s Cube, laughing, and at the end, tears will flow. “Kinejidaun” is a humorous story about a man on a date who tries to look a little better in front of a woman, but it doesn’t go well and struggles. The rakugo is based on the story that Yuhei, who plays the role, actually experienced, so the content is realistic and lively. And the guest will be the 3rd generation Kikumaru Hayashiya, who won the Grand Prize in the popular entertainment category of the Agency for Cultural Affairs Art Festival in 2024 (77th) and has a close relationship.

In October 2006, I gave my first solo performance as a rakugo storyteller at what was then “B1 Kadoza”. I still vividly remember how I desperately managed to fill the 100-seat venue and performed three seats. This time, for the first time in 17 years, I will be holding a solo performance at “Shinsaibashi Kadoza”. Compared to 17 years ago, I think I can go on stage with a certain amount of leeway in my “mind” and “rakugo.” We will deliver the same passion to our customers. We look forward to your visit.
