First, when asked why they started long-term internships, 60.0% answered “to talk about their experiences when job hunting” and 48.0% answered “to improve their skills.” In addition, more than 80% of the respondents answered that they were glad that they participated in the long-term internship, and felt that they had grown by saying that they had broadened their horizons for the future and deepened their understanding of the industry and industry. In this survey, we found that long-term internships are an opportunity for students to broaden their horizons and deepen their understanding of the industry and industries. In particular, internships at venture companies are often entrusted with work with great responsibility as a ready-to-work force, and it has become clear that in many cases, they are realizing the benefits that form the foundation for becoming a full-fledged member of society.
