About our original brand of chicken “Hanamidori”
Hanamidori chicken, which is the origin of the restaurant’s name, was started by the founder, Yoshiyo Kawazu, who started selling chicken. The current “Hanamidori” was born. In an open poultry house filled with clear air and plenty of sunshine, they are healthy chickens raised with care and thorough original breeding methods, feeding them “special feed for Hanamidori” containing extracts such as seaweed and herbs. . It was named “Hanamidori” because the color of the meat is juicy and the thigh meat is bright pink. In addition, the smell peculiar to chicken is suppressed, and there is a clear taste and texture.
