■KPMG FAS endowed lecture public seminar “CFOs that grow Japanese companies” What should Japanese companies do as uncertainty about the future of the global economy increases due to factors such as the pandemic and geopolitical risks? Joined Daiwa Securities SMBC (currently Daiwa Securities) Investment Banking Headquarters in 2005. Since then, he has been working in the investment banking sector for 13 years, providing advisory services for numerous companies in response to TSE examinations, including financing and valuation, including IPOs, equity stories and governance construction, as well as pricing services at IPOs. Realized IPOs such as Mercari and Raxul as the lead underwriter’s deal head. Participated in Atlae in September 2018. As director and CFO, he is in charge of financial strategy, corporate planning, IR, M&A, etc.
