69% of respondents said they made their decisions based on word of mouth. Many people said that they would trust the opinions of people who have actually used the product, and that they would like to refer to the opinions of people with hair type similar to their own.

・I buy it at the drugstore I usually go to because I want to get my hands on it and read the color, scent, and the back of the package. (Female from 50s)
