He came to see us. The first thing they talked about was how Mr. Murotani and Doi, who practice veganism on a daily basis, do so. Mr. Murotani, who has visited more than 4,000 vegan-friendly restaurants, talked about how the number of vegan restaurants has increased over the past few years, and it has become easier to eat there. They talked about the vegan situation not only in Japan but also overseas, and it was an opportunity to learn about the situation of veganism overseas, such as in Australia, where you can always choose veganism even in regional cities, and it is cheaper to choose veganism. Next, each speaker touched on why they started veganism, and Ms. Murotani, who is also a model, said that she had a rough diet in the past, but by changing to a vegan diet, she was able to maintain her body shape. Unexpected stories emerged, such as how he was able to maintain his diet and how Doi changed his eating habits after experiencing poor health. As for how to actually incorporate veganism, he talked about how Japanese food is originally a vegan diet, and that there are cases where people are actually eating vegan meals without even realizing it, which caused some surprised voices from the attendees. .
