“Project Any”, which is operated by OVER20 & Company Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Directors: Rika Ishido and Tatsuya Itoi), which develops a business to support the growth of the next generation in their 20s, is a project aimed at collaborating with university students (hereinafter referred to as “Ennie students”) who are registered with Ennie. ), we will be holding an extremely small group event “The Future of Career Selection as a Manager” to think about the realities of society. The event will be held in Yurakucho from 1:00pm on Sunday, September 24, 2023, with Masatoshi Nakamura as a guest discussion partner.
“Project Any” is aimed at pre-employed workers (university students who are about to enter the workforce), and where working adults and corporations collaborate to co-create growth opportunities for pre-employed workers. We will welcome Mr. Masatoshi Nakamura, an individual co-creation partner and current representative of GSS Corporation, as a guest discussion partner, and we will hold an extremely small group discussion event with 7 students on the theme of “The future of career choices as managers”.

Masatoshi Nakamura (Representative of GSS Corporation)
After graduating from the Department of Sociology at Hitotsubashi University in March 1971, he joined Kawasaki Steel Corporation. After serving as president of Kawasaki Steel Corporation in the United States, he later served as managing executive officer of JFE Steel and professor at Teikyo University’s Faculty of Business Administration. In 2011, he founded GSS Corporation, and in order to contribute to the revitalization of entrepreneurial activities, he has started activities to develop “young entrepreneurs” and support the career advancement of mid-level to senior employees.
