By detecting “sleep,” it can be used to reduce the number of nighttime patrols required by caregivers, reduce the need for caregivers to leave the room at night, reduce the workload of managers, and check the health of residents based on their sleep status the next morning, which can be used to determine nursing care policies.
Additionally, the system allows administrators to monitor various statuses of residents and notify them of accidents by setting thresholds.
Traditional monitoring systems require active actions such as electric pots and switches. CareSense’s detection method is also different from Doppler sensors, which use the direct reflection of radio waves, systems that use microwave frequencies.
Care Sense’s detection method uses Wi-Fi multipath, reflecting off obstacles such as walls and shelves, and transmitting glass, while detecting Wi-Fi ripples caused by reflections from moving people and objects. reading changes.
