[Image 1:×819.jpg] “Happy ☆ Boogie” sung by Yoshie Nakano (EGO-WRAPPIN’), Yu Sakai, and Shuri. It has been decided that it will be released in three formats: distribution on October 4th, CD on November 15th, and analog version on November 22nd.
This song will be used as the theme song for NHK’s TV drama series “Boogie Woogie” in the second half of 2023, which will start broadcasting from October 2nd.
The song was written by Takayuki Hattori, who is in charge of music for the drama.
EGO-WRAPPIN’ vocalist Yoshie Nakano, singer-songwriter Yu Sakai, and drama heroine Shuri will sing.
In addition to “Happy ☆ Boogie,” Shuri’s “Tokyo Boogie Woogie” will also be included in all three versions.

EGO-WRAPPIN’ vocalist. In 1996, EGO-WRAPPIN’ was formed by Yoshie Nakano (Vo, lyrics, composition) and Masaki Mori (G, composition). “Colorful Blues” and “Cherry in the Beak” became exceptionally long hits as masterpieces that incorporated a variety of genres and created Ego’s unique worldview. Since then, he has always attracted attention in the Japanese music scene for the innovative musicality that appeals to each work. She has released two original works under the name Yoshie Nakano, solo albums “Soleil” (2007) and “Madokei” (2015). On June 30, 2021, they released their third album “Amai”, their first in six years.
