ePARA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, Representative Director: Daiki Kato), which advocates barrier-free e-sports, will hold a barrier-free event at Appi Resort Center Plaza Hall in Hachimantai City, Iwate Prefecture from September 23rd to 24th, 2023. We will be holding a fighting game exchange event “HACHIMANTAI 8 FIGHTS”.
Sho, Yanai, Sasamo, and Kabe from the professional gaming team “FUKUSHIMA IBUSHIGIN” will appear at stage events such as talk shows and battle challenges.

We are a professional e-sports team based in Aspirondo Co., Ltd. and aiming for the world from Fukushima Prefecture. After forming in Tokyo, we moved our base to Fukushima Prefecture and are now devoting ourselves to training. Currently, about 15 professional gamers belong to the group, and they are carrying out various activities and disseminating information mainly in Fukushima Prefecture to enliven Tohoku.
In August 2023, Sho won the “Street Fighter 6” category at “Gamers8: THE LAND OF HEROES” held in Saudi Arabia and received a prize of $400,000 (approximately 58 million yen). We look forward to his continued success in the future.

A talk show will be held by players belonging to FUKUSHIMA IBUSHIGIN. He will talk about episodes from overseas tournaments, his impressions after playing “Street Fighter 6” released in June of this year, and topics such as barrier-free e-sports and accessibility. We are also planning a competition.

Visitors will be able to compete against players belonging to FUKUSHIMA IBUSHIGIN. In addition to playing against each other using normal rules, you will also experience playing against each other using sound accessibility and using accessibility controllers.
