The resort facility “Kobe Nunobiki Herb Garden/Ropeway” (operated by Kobe Resort Service Co., Ltd.), located on a mountain at an altitude of 400 meters and overlooking the cityscape of the port city of Kobe, will hold “GARDEN FEST 2023-Autumn-” in September 2023. It will be held from the 9th (Saturday) to December 3rd (Sunday).
