One building is scheduled to be renovated as gran+AKIHABARAII (Grand Plus Akihabara II)
LOOPLACE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yasutaka Iida, hereinafter referred to as LOOPLACE) has acquired “MORODEN Building 1” located in Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, which is accessible from 3 stations and 5 lines.
[Image:×2700.jpg] The newly acquired MORODEN Building No. 1 will be planned, designed, and constructed by LOOPLACE, and is scheduled to be commercialized as a new set-up office “gran+AKIHABARAII.”
Based on the high level of convenience of the Akihabara area and the needs of the area, we are planning to move forward with a multi-tenant plan.
Completion of the renovation of this property and property viewing are scheduled for around November 2023.
