Sho Izumitani (Representative Director of FiVE Inc.) has been appointed as a special advisor to Rechroma Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Takahiro Kato) from September 1, 2023.
With the mission of “contributing to the era of rapid climate change through the co-creation of human society and the reduction of greenhouse gases in the natural environment,” Rechroma Co., Ltd. is currently working to encourage companies to respond to climate change (information disclosure and strategy development). We provide specialized consulting services.
To achieve this mission, we are planning to expand the functions of the human resources field in order to enhance our services and accelerate new business development. As we move forward with the plan, we have decided to appoint him as a special advisor, as he is sympathetic to our company’s mission and business.
While serving as the representative director of FiVE Inc., Mr. Izumiya has a proven track record of management support and support for people and organizations, drawing on his extensive experience in the human resources field.He is applying his experience and knowledge to the employee evaluation system. Born in 1981. Since graduating from university, I have been working in the human resources field for about 18 years.
Mainly working at web-related ventures/startups (hey (currently STORES), Coconara, Speee, PIXTA).
As the first HR person at Coconara, I worked hard to establish the HR function. Experienced in managing an HR organization during a rapid expansion phase from 20 to 150 people.
He was in charge of human resources from the seed stage to IPO (TSE Mothers) and contributed to the listing.
In October 2022, he became independent and established FiVE Inc. in order to contribute to personnel and managers facing issues in the human resources field.
