Although the GeoMx IPA panel is aimed at IO research, it can be used in a wide range of research areas beyond cancer, including infectious diseases, organ transplantation, autoimmunity, metabolism, and epigenetics.

Simplify your search for new protein biomarkers and drug targets with unprecedented hyperplex analysis capability to spatially profile FFPE tissue for over 500 Abcam IHC-validated IO antibodies in a single assay Achieved. Antibodies can also be used individually for single target or small plex analysis.
Obtain more comprehensive biological information from valuable tissue specimens than traditional immunohistochemistry (IHC) and
immunofluorescence (IF) methods.
Expression profiling of over 500 protein targets can be performed from a single FFPE tissue section, leading to the discovery of new drug targets in the IO area.
GeoMx IPA and GeoMx WTA can be used together for spatial proteogenomic analysis on the same slide to profile the entire human transcriptome and IO proteome on a single slide.
