Survey results summary
When we conducted a survey to find out what kind of reviews about system kitchens people take into consideration, the number one answer was “ease of use.”
We will also introduce other items in ranking format.

The second and subsequent rankings were “Easy to clean” and “Storage capacity,” followed by “Durability” and
“Functionality,” which came in 6th place.
1st place: Ease of use
・The kitchen is where I spend 1/3 of my day, so I think the most important thing is how efficiently the system can be used. I believe that if it is easy to use, everything will flow smoothly. (Female in her 50s and up)
・Even if the price is low, I think it is inconvenient if it is not easy to use when cooking. It’s helpful to have seasonings that can be easily removed while cooking and in just the right place. (Female in her 30s)
・The system kitchen is used to prepare meals every day. So I’m really concerned about how easy it is to use. The ease of use is a feeling that is difficult to convey in words. Reviews from people who have actually used the kitchen are very helpful. (Male over 50s)
1st place was “Ease of use”.
Since the space is used for cooking on a daily basis, many people want to focus on whether the space has good flow lines and efficiency and is easy to work in.
2nd place: Ease of cleaning
・Since the kitchen is something that you want to keep clean every day, you are most concerned about how easy it is to clean small areas and how easy it is to remove dirt. (Female in her 50s and up)
・Since the kitchen gets dirty easily, I am especially concerned about how easy it is to clean. I would be happy if it had a finish that allows for easy dirt removal. (Female in her 50s and up)
・Because I often get dirty from cooking etc., I think it would be good if the material is stain resistant and easy to blow. Since you will need to clean it yourself, you want it to have features that make it easy to clean. (Female in her 20s)
2nd place is “Ease of cleaning”.
Many people expressed the opinion that they wanted to choose something that was easy to clean every day, as system kitchens inevitably get dirty when used.
3rd place: Storage capacity
・I use a system kitchen, but I feel it is inconvenient to use the storage space. I would like to refer to reviews such as “I use it like this”. (Male in his 40s)
・I didn’t have much space in my parents’ kitchen, so I ended up buying another shelf, so I thought it would be good to have something that would fit a lot of things. (Female in her 20s)
・There are many cooking utensils such as frying pans, pots, food processors, cooking aids, plates, etc., so it’s nice to have a lot of storage space. (Female in her 20s)
4th place: Design
・When it comes to system kitchens, the design is important, so we believe that reviews regarding the design are the most important. (Male in his 40s)
・While it is important to have a simple design that fits your home and functionality, we place emphasis on a clean monochrome design that does not have a lifestyle feel. (Male over 50s)
・Design improves the overall atmosphere of the living/dining room, and we place great importance on good design as it also leads to ease of use. (Female in her 40s)
5th place: Price
・In the first place, you can’t buy unless it’s within your budget, so check reviews to see if there are any options or if it’s within your budget. (Female in her 30s)
-Because it is cheap and can be used easily. I think the cheaper the better, so I value it. (Male in his 20s)
-Design and functionality are important, but if the price is too high, you won’t be able to afford it, so you want to choose something that’s just right within your budget. (Female in her 50s and up)
6th place: Durability
・Since system kitchens have the image of being used for a long time, I am concerned about their longevity. I chose that because it wasn’t expensive. (Female in her 30s)
6th place: Functionality
・I want cooking to be fun, so it’s important that it’s convenient and has a variety of functions. On the contrary, low functionality causes stress. (Male in his 40s)
The 6th place was “durability” and “functionality”.
Some people said they would refer to reviews because they would not be able to replace it immediately, so it would be better to buy something that has higher functionality and can be used for a longer period of time.
summary
When we surveyed 100 people, 58.0% of them answered that it was “easy to use.” In addition, many respondents said that they would like something that is easy to use every day, and that they would like something that they can use in the way they want.
Since system kitchens are used every day for a long time, we understand that many people want to choose something that is easy to use.
When choosing a system kitchen, why not refer to reviews from people who have actually used it before making your choice?
