When we conducted a survey to find out what kind of reviews about leisure facilities people take into consideration, the number one answer was “sufficiency of facilities and attractions.”
We will also introduce other items in ranking format.

After 2nd place, “facilities” and “low price” followed, followed by “delicious food” which came in 7th place.
1st place: Fullness of facilities and attractions
・If I go out to play, I want to play around all day long, so it would be better to have plenty of things to enjoy without getting bored, so I would like to know what kind of things are recommended. (Female in her 30s)
・If there were more attractions, I think children would be able to have more fun leisure activities, so I would like to refer to reviews before going out. (Female in her 40s)
・The thing that has the biggest impact on satisfaction when visiting a place is the quality of facilities and attractions, so you want to check beforehand to see if it differs from your own image before visiting. (Male over 50s)
1st place was “Completeness of facilities and attractions”. Many people like to refer to things like how much fun they can enjoy at a facility, what kind of attractions there are, and how many. 2nd place: Equipment
・Since I have small children, I would like to consider things such as whether there are restrooms scattered around, whether small children can have fun, and whether it is okay to make noise. In particular, if there are no restrooms scattered around, you will have to go back to where the restrooms are, so check carefully. (Female in her 40s) ・Since my child is small, I would like a space where he can use the toilet and change diapers. Also, I have a family member with a disability or hearing loss who uses a wheelchair, so I wonder if there are any facilities that take into account such people. (Male over 50s) ・As I am currently breastfeeding, I am concerned about whether there is a nursing room, diaper changing space, and space for the baby to play. (Female in her 30s)
2nd place was “Equipment”.
For people with small children, information about facilities such as how many toilets there are and whether there are nursing rooms is very important.
3rd place: Low price
・Personally, I would like leisure facilities other than Disneyland to be cheap, so I take into account the low prices. (Female in her 40s) ・Because of the high prices of things, you have to be careful how you spend your money, so when you go out to play, the most important thing to consider is the amount of money it costs to play at the leisure facility. (Male in his 20s)
・Since each person has to pay, I want to be able to reduce the entrance fee as much as possible and enjoy the food as well. (Female in her 30s)
3rd place: Ease of access
・I was confused about “parking lot”, but first I would refer to “ease of access” to find out the distance from my home and the nearest station or nearby landmarks. If there are many positive reviews from families, we judge that it is possible to go by car, and if a group of teenagers says it is easy to get there, we judge that public transportation seems convenient. (Female in her 40s)
・For public transportation, the location should be close to the nearest station, and for cars, the surrounding roads should not be heavily congested. Since we spend time visiting leisure facilities, we want to spend a lot of time at the facilities, so we prioritize ease of access. (Male in his 40s)
・When I go out, I think I’ll either use a car or public
transportation, so I’d like a place that’s easy to get to either way. (Female in her 20s)
3rd place: Parking lot
・Since my children are young and it is more convenient to travel by car, I will look at the location of the parking lot, fees, distance from leisure facilities, and ease of use in the review (Male in his 20s)
・I live in a local city, and a car is essential. When I go to leisure facilities on Saturdays and Sundays, it’s always crowded, so I look for facilities with plenty of parking in advance. It can be a little disappointing if you can’t get in because there’s no parking lot, or if you have to park in a slightly more expensive parking lot nearby. (Female in her 20s)
・If you are in a parking lot that doesn’t have a lot of space, it can take a lot of time just to wait in line. Kids will get bored of the parking lot, so I want to know if there are plenty of facilities, and if there is a place nearby where you can park your car for a fee. (Male in his 40s)
6th place: Cleanliness
・No matter how cheap it is or how extensive the facilities are, people won’t want to use it if it’s dirty. Even though there are many good things, nothing beats cleanliness. (Female in her 20s)
・I would like to emphasize that the price is low, but I will not be able to enjoy the facility if it is not kept clean. Because I have children and think that toilets and baths need to be clean. (Female in her 20s)
・When choosing a place, focus on whether it is clean and comfortable overall, such as what kind of facilities are available to make your stay clean and comfortable, and whether you can spend your time without being crowded. (Female in her 40s)
7th place: Deliciousness of the food
・When I go to a leisure facility, I want to enjoy various things, but most of all I go there because I want to eat something delicious. (Female in her 30s)
7th place was “deliciousness of the food.”
There was an opinion that the purpose of visiting leisure facilities was not only to have fun, but also to eat delicious food.
summary
When we conducted a survey of 100 people, 65.0% of the respondents answered that they were satisfied with the facilities and attractions. Many of the reasons for their responses included being curious about how many attractions there are and wanting to know how much fun they can have.
When it comes to going to leisure facilities, it turns out that many people want to go to a place where they can have as much fun as possible.
