After the 2nd place, “difficulty in feeling pain” and “easy to make an appointment” followed, and “ease of commute” was the 7th place. 1st place: Hair removal effect
・If the hair removal effect is low, I think there is no point in going to the salon. Please refer to whether the machine is suitable for your hair type. (Female in her 30s)
・No matter how cheap or good the response is, the purpose is hair removal, so if you simply choose one, you will be worried about the effect. By the way, I will refer to the order of hair removal effectiveness – low cost – ease of pain. (Male in his 20s)
・Medical hair removal is expensive, so even if you can tolerate the pain, I don’t think it’s worth it if it doesn’t work. Look at reviews and choose a hospital that is effective. (Female in her 20s) The first place was “hair removal effect”.
If you pay a high price and endure the pain, there are many opinions that emphasize whether you can feel the effect firmly.
2nd place: difficulty in feeling pain
・For medical hair removal, the hair removal effect and the ease of making an appointment are important, but I think it is very important that it is difficult to feel pain, so I will refer to word of mouth. (Female in her 50s and up)
・Because I think that I am weak to pain. Of course, the price, ease of making reservations, and hair removal effectiveness are important, but if it’s too painful, you won’t be able to attend. I am attracted to hair removal salons that are virtually painless and highly effective. (Female in her 30s)
・Unless you’ve actually done it, you won’t know how much it hurts. I’d like to continue paying for the treatment until it looks good, so I want to know if the pain is bearable. (Female in her 30s)
Second place is “difficulty in feeling pain”.
There are rumors that medical hair removal is very painful, and many people want to know how painful it is based on reviews.
3rd place: Ease of making reservations
・Medical hair removal is very effective, so it is difficult to make an appointment, so I think it will be very important to make it easy to make an appointment. (Female in her 30s)
・Actually, it is difficult to make an appointment at the hair removal salon I am currently using, and I didn’t know that before signing the contract. (Female in her 20s)
・It’s easy to make reservations on the official page! Most of the places are written big and big, but I often hear that it was difficult to make a reservation when I actually went there, so I’m most worried about it. (Female in her 20s)
4th place: Low cost
・If the cost is too high, it will be difficult to keep going, and even if you want to do the whole body, you will have to compromise such as partial hair removal. (Female in her 30s)
・I thought it would be best if it was cheaper. Because the cost was cheap and I wanted to see other parts from there. (Male in his 20s) ・The treatment fee for medical hair removal is high, and this will be the criterion for selection, so I will refer to the reviews and choose the treatment based on how much it costs. (Female in her 30s) 5th place: Warranty details
・I think that the criteria for choosing a salon are the guarantee that there is no effect, the guarantee for the period when you have to take a break from hair removal, and the guarantee for canceling the contract midway through. (Female in her 30s)
・Recently, there have been cases where hair removal clinics and salons suddenly go out of business and the money paid in advance is not refunded, so it is best to check the warranty carefully in case something goes wrong. (Female in her 30s)
・I don’t want to have to pay extra for the shaver, so I focus on the warranty, including whether there will be any additional charges. (Female in her 20s)
6th place: Politeness of correspondence
・Even if the facilities and functions are good, I think that it depends on the person who uses it. Because I want a humane response, not a mechanical one. (Female in her 30s)
・I want to do it in a place that is polite because I will go to it many times. I don’t want to sign a contract if I can’t trust it, so politeness is important. (Female in her 30s)
・If you plan to visit the clinic several times, you will not be able to trust the clinic unless they are polite and take care of you from beginning to end. (Male in his 30s)
7th place: Ease of access
・I have heard that it is necessary to visit the clinic many times for medical hair removal, so the most important thing to consider is whether the clinic is easy to access, as well as personality-wise. (Female in her 20s)
・If it’s far from home, it’s a hassle to commute. In that case, it is a mistaking as hair removal, so I will refer to word of mouth. (Male in his 30s)
・I sometimes feel like it’s a hassle to have to commute, so I put a lot of emphasis on whether it’s easy to get around. (Female in her 20s)
“Ease of access” ranked 7th.
There was also an opinion that if you want to go many times, you want to choose a place that is easy to commute from home.

In addition, many respondents said that it would be a waste if it didn’t work, and that there was no point in going through the pain of going through the pain if it didn’t work.
