The information media “Mouth Forest” ( operated by Review Co., Ltd. ( is useful for people in their 20s and older all over Japan. We conducted a questionnaire survey on “What kind of reviews of restaurants do you refer to?”

The first place was “taste / deliciousness”.
After the 2nd place, “service attitude” and “menu” followed, and “sale campaign” came in 7th place.
1st place: Taste and deliciousness
・Because I want to eat something delicious because it is a great deal to eat out. First and foremost, check the taste and taste of the food. (Female in her 30s)
・The purpose is cooking. Certainly, I will refer to the price, the atmosphere of the store, and the customer service, but if the food meets my expectations to some extent, I can tolerate other elements. (Men in their 50s and up)

2nd place: Customer service attitude

The second place is “attitude to customers”.
No matter how good the food is, many people will not want to go to a restaurant if the customer service attitude is bad.
3rd place: Menu

・Be sure to check if there is a menu you want to eat before heading to the store. If you know the menu, you can also know the approximate budget, so it is essential. (Female in her 20s)

3rd place: Atmosphere in the store
・A place with a good atmosphere is easier to enter. A place with a unique atmosphere will make you hesitate to go to the store. (Female in her 30s)

・When going out for a meal, I think it’s important to have the price listed, as the number of people to eat and the budget are also taken into account. The price of food varies depending on whether you go with your family, colleagues, bosses, or business partners. (Male in his 40s)

There was also an opinion that they will aim for the timing when they can eat at a great price.
When we conducted a questionnaire to 100 people, 53.0% of the respondents answered “taste/deliciousness.”
Also, as reasons for responding, there were many opinions that they did not want to pay to eat food that was not delicious, and that they wanted to eat delicious food if they went out of their way to eat out. Many people say that they go to restaurants because they want to eat delicious food.
