RT Project Co., Ltd.
To improve operational efficiency of the entire industry! At the “26th Chubu Reform Summit” sponsored by Kansai Paint Sales, we gave a lecture on how to use “GENCHO” to participants involved in the painting industry.
RT Project Representative Shiroyama gave a special lecture, and 130 participants actually experienced the “GENCHO” app.
RT Project Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director Asaharu Shiroyama, hereinafter referred to as “RT Project”) has a mission of “GENCHO in the hands of anyone working on site – updating construction through innovation in information sharing”. We are developing “GENCHO”, which specializes in on-site investigation.
This time, at a special lecture at the “26th Chubu Reform Summit” sponsored by Kansai Paint Sales Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director Yoichi Takata, hereinafter referred to as “Kansai Paint Sales”), RT Project Representative Director Tomoharu Shiroyama took the stage.
The Kansai Paint Sales Reform Summit is a training organization that aims to improve “technical capabilities,” “proposal capabilities,” and “services” in cooperation with paint manufacturers and painting shops, and has an affinity with the mission of the RT Project. .
■Special lecture content
The 26th Chubu Reform Summit was held on June 22nd (Thursday) and 23rd (Friday), 2023, with approximately 130 people from the painting industry participating over the two-day period.
[Image 1:×1755.jpg] In the lecture, we not only used slides to explain the features and basic usage of “GENCHO”, which can improve work efficiency on site and shorten overtime hours, but also asked participants to actually download the app and visit the training venue. The students borrowed the app and experienced an actual field survey using the app.

[Image 3:×1755.jpg] It seems that there are many people who are having problems with recording and sharing information while conducting on-site inspections at painting sites on a regular basis, and after actually using the app, they say, “This is convenient.” We received a lot of feedback saying, “It’s easy and nice.”
■On-site GENCHO seminar
In the future, the RT project would like to provide many opportunities for people to actually touch GENCHO like this one. We will be traveling to give lectures anywhere in the country so that we can help improve business efficiency not only in the painting industry, but also in industries and companies that require on-site inspections. If you are interested, please contact us using the contact information below and let us know if you would like to hold a seminar.

■What is GENCHO?
As you proceed with your gensho, many people may feel that there are too many points and it is difficult to organize what they have recorded, or that it takes time to take a large number of images and document them.
“GENCHO” is an app that we would like such people to use.
“GENCHO” is an “information sharing app created for on-site
investigations” that can be easily operated with a smartphone or tablet.
We will bring together information scattered across various tools and promote efficiency in on-site coordination.
