1st place: When I found out about a product I was interested in ・When I see various information on SNS, I get curious and end up buying it.Nowadays, it’s easy to buy because they clearly explain the advantages and disadvantages, although it may just be my personal opinion.(20s)
・When I found out about a product that was additive-free, I decided to change it because I thought it would be less harsh on the skin. (50s and up) – Even if cosmetics seem to be effective at first, your skin will gradually get used to them and they will no longer seem to be effective, so at that point I often switch to products that are popular on social media. (20s) – My skin texture has deteriorated, so if a cosmetic product comes out that can improve it and the price is acceptable, I would like to replace it (40s) – Other products are on sale and I am currently using them. If it’s cheaper, I think it’s a good deal and buy it. (30s) – I change the cosmetics I use often. Sometimes I buy expensive cosmetics, but I don’t really feel that they are effective, so I end up looking at other products because I don’t really feel that they are a good value for money. (20s) – When you find out about products that are more suitable for your skin and your concerns than the products you are currently using, you are likely to get better results than the products you are currently using. (30s) -Basically, I don’t know much about whether cosmetics suit me or not, so if I see a product that I’m even slightly concerned about, I feel like changing it. (30s) – I get bored with the same products, and when I get interested, I want to try other products. (40s)・I saw an advertisement for a product I was interested in. After that, I saw it in the store, so I tried it on the back of my hand, and it was surprisingly good. (40’s) – Rather than using one item for a long time, if I find a product I’m interested in, I switch to it as soon as the one I’m currently using runs out. (40s) – If you use the same cosmetics for a long time, you will get used to the feeling of the cosmetics, so I feel that it will be difficult to feel the effects. (40’s) – I have rarely experienced skin problems due to cosmetics, so I only change them when I finish using them or when another product that interests me comes out. (30s) – I saw an advertisement on SNS about cosmetics that seemed to improve age-related wrinkles, spots, sagging, and other problems, and when I found a product that I could try for around 1,000 yen, I ordered it and if I was happy with it, I decided to buy the cosmetics. I changed. (50s and up) – Recently, the number of cosmetics available has increased, and the variety of colors has become richer. If there’s a product I’m interested in, I’d like to try it, so I’ll try changing it when that happens. (30s) – When I meet friends with beautiful skin, I always research what they use. I’ll try anything that interests me there. (30s)
2nd place: When you feel that it is not effective
・I used it hoping it would work, but it didn’t work at all so I decided to stop.I felt like it was a waste of money (30s) I think there is a product that suits you. (50s and up) – There’s no point in using it if it’s not effective. It would be better to change it and use something else that looks good. (50s and up) – I don’t think it will be effective even if I keep using it, so I’m deciding to change it. (40s) – If you try it and don’t see the effect, try switching to another product as there are many different products at similar prices. (40s) – If I notice that the product is no longer as effective as when I first started using it, or if I start to experience skin problems, I try to switch to a different product. (30s) – There’s no point in spending money if you don’t feel much of an effect, so use it up and change it. (30s) – Even if I use the same cosmetics, I don’t notice any changes, and on the contrary, if I start having skin problems, I feel like I should change my cosmetics. (40s) – When I no longer feel that the products I’ve been using for a long time are having any effect on my skin, I take the plunge and try switching to a different product. (30s) – When you use it up, if you don’t feel any particular effect or it doesn’t suit your skin, change it. (20s) – I have extremely dry skin, and when I use something that doesn’t have much of a moisturizing effect, I end up buying a different one. (30s) – If you don’t see any effect on your skin troubles, there’s no need to continue using it. (30s) – No matter how good the product is, if you don’t feel the response or effectiveness, try something else. I want to try that one. (40’s) – I buy cosmetics because I’m looking for an effect that will solve certain problems, so when I run out of them, I feel like I have to change them. (40s) ・If I think that the cosmetics are not effective even if they say they have the effect, I will change the cosmetics (20s) ・Personally, I feel that the cosmetics that I have been using do not suit me very well. That’s why I wanted to try using cosmetics that easily moisturize my skin. (Forties) 3rd place: When you have skin problems or other skin concerns ・There was a time when I suddenly got acne when I changed lotion, and since then I have started changing cosmetics immediately if they don’t suit my skin. (20s) – I have sensitive skin and when I start using it, I try to change it if I start to feel a tingling sensation (30s) When I started having problems with my oily skin (from my 50s) – When I was younger, my main concerns were acne and pimples, but as I got older, my skin became rough and sensitive, so I went to a dermatologist. I consulted with them and bought a new one. (40s) – If my skin feels tingly or I can’t stand it, I try changing to a different product before it causes any major problems. If I still feel tingly, I can go to a dermatologist because my skin is the problem, not the cosmetics. (40s) – I choose the cosmetics that suit my current skin, so I switch to different ones when my skin condition changes. (30s) – When I think that my skin doesn’t suit my skin, it becomes painful and I want to quit. (40s) – I change my cosmetics when they no longer suit my skin. I changed it when I started having allergies. (30’s) – When I start to feel stinging or have redness on my skin, I think it’s better to change cosmetics, so I end up switching to something else. (30s) – Sometimes cosmetics don’t suit my skin as time passes, so as soon as I notice this, I want to find something that suits my skin and keep my skin in good condition. (40’s) – When I realize that the product doesn’t suit my skin type, or when I have problems with it, I change the product even if I’m in the middle of using it. (40s) – I don’t think it will solve your skin problems even if you use it for a long time, and you’ll just be throwing money away. (40s) – Basically, it’s a good value for money as long as your skin condition doesn’t change. Because I use things, I try to think about them when they don’t fit. (30s) – If you have skin problems, cosmetics may not suit you. If there is a possibility that using a different cosmetic product will improve it, it is better to change it. (50s and up) – Even if I have been using a product for a long time, I suddenly develop an allergy and can no longer use it, or when I no longer feel that it has much of an effect on my skin, I decide to switch to a different product. (30’s) – When I start having skin problems, the first thing I do is review my skin care products. If the problem doesn’t improve, try changing your cosmetics. Also, if I see a product on YouTube that interests me, I want to try it out and end up purchasing it. (30s) – I think cosmetics are meant to make your face look better, so if you have skin problems, there’s no point in using them. (30s)
4th place: When you feel that you don’t suit your age
・As my skin color has changed, the foundation and eyeshadow I’ve been using no longer suit me. (30’s) – My skin is sensitive, so even if it’s good at first, it may not suit me as it goes on, and sometimes I think it’s strange for my age, so if I find something better, I’ll change it. (40s) – As you age, your skin quality changes and your concerns change, so it’s better to use cosmetics that are appropriate for your age. (40’s) – I think about changing the cosmetics I’ve been using when I feel that they don’t suit my age. The reason is that young skin is very different from older skin (I’m in my 50s and up).I feel like my skin is changing with age, so when I notice that, I look for something new. (30s) – Wrinkles and sagging appear every year, so I try to change the cosmetics I’ve been using when they no longer give firmness (40s) – The cosmetics I’m currently using are ones that suit my current skin. Since I choose , I switch to a different one when my skin condition changes. (30s) – As you get older, you start to feel uncomfortable, so it’s time to change. (40s) – Skin changes with age, so I think it’s better to use cosmetics that are appropriate for that age. The same goes for the seasons. (20s) – I had been using the same one for a long time, but suddenly I felt something strange. I thought my skin was getting older too. (30’s) – Even if I’ve been using a product for a long time, I suddenly develop an allergy and can no longer use it, or when I no longer feel it’s having much of an effect on my skin, I decide to switch to a different product. (30’s) – When you feel that your wrinkles and dryness are getting worse and you want to switch to something with more moisturizing power. (40’s) – I think the cosmetics that suit me change depending on my age, so I want to use the ones that suit my age. (30s) – I think the way you look changes as you get older. I think there are colors that suit each age, and I think it’s a pain to look too young. (40s) – I’m starting to have different problems than when I was in my 20s, and I can’t prevent or deal with them unless I use age-appropriate cosmetics (30s) 5th place: When the seasons change
・I use a refreshing type in the summer, and a highly moisturizing type as my skin gets dry in the winter (I’m in my 40s) ・Due to dryness, sweat, etc. in the summer and winter, the quality of my skin and how well my makeup comes off doesn’t really change. Because it will be completely different. (20s) – By changing your lotion according to the season, you can use something refreshing in the summer so it doesn’t leave your skin greasy, and in the winter, on the other hand, choose something moist to prevent dryness. Because I can do it (I’m in my 20s) – When the seasons change, I want to change my makeup to match the season. Also, manufacturers release limited edition products every time, so I buy what I’m interested in. (Teen) – Your skin changes with age, so I think it’s better to use cosmetics that suit your age. The same goes for the seasons. (20s) – I choose the cosmetics that suit my current skin, so I switch to different ones when my skin condition changes. (30s) – Cosmetics can change depending on the season and trends, which makes me interested. I want to change it depending on my age. (20’s) – As I get older, my skin starts to feel dry around October, so I become more conscious of moisturizing (40’s) – I buy a lot of cosmetics every season, so when the season changes I stop using most of my cosmetics. (30’s) – I change my scent depending on the season, and my skin condition varies, so I want to find something that really feels good for me.I also want to find something that is highly rated by word of mouth, or by friends and acquaintances. I feel like I want to use something that has been used and has a good reputation (20s)
6th place: When you feel that the cost performance is not suitable ・I think this is when the expenses for everyday life are no longer balanced with cosmetics. I think it’s a time when food and gas costs are so high that you have to use them for other expenses. (40s)・It’s expensive and highly effective, but I stopped using it because I found out that you can get the same ingredients and effects with drugstore cosmetics (40s)・Prices are getting higher and it’s hard to get my hands on the products I used before. became. There are good things even if they are cheap. (20s) – I felt like it was a waste because my skin problems didn’t improve even after buying expensive products, so I decided to try something else. (30s) – I usually use relatively expensive cosmetics, so when I feel like I’m not satisfied with the price, other products look more attractive (30s) – They don’t match the cost performance. I think it’s a waste of time and money to use cosmetics that don’t really have an effect (I’m in my 20’s) – Personally, the cosmetics I’ve been using don’t seem to absorb well and my skin doesn’t feel moisturized. This is because I wanted to try using easy-to-use cosmetics. (40s) – I would think twice if the price was higher than the quantity included. I want to use something cheap and good. (20s) – I change the cosmetics I use often. Sometimes I buy expensive cosmetics, but I don’t really feel that they are effective, so I end up looking at other products because I don’t really feel that they are a good value for money. (20’s)
7th place: Others
・I don’t have any particular preferences, so if I’m about to run out, I just buy what I think will be good. (30s) – This also applies when you don’t feel like you’re getting any results, but if you find something better than what you’re currently using, you can buy a new product (20s) – I’ve been using the same cosmetics for a while. When I happened to run out of cosmetics and wanted to buy them, I decided on a whim that I might try a different product and ended up buying something different than usual. (50s and up) – I’m short on money for the cosmetics I’m currently using, so I’m temporarily using cheaper ones. If I had more money, I think I would go back to my original cosmetics. (30s) – Even if the nearest store no longer carries the cosmetics I’m using or they don’t sell refills, I switch to other cosmetics. (30s) – I sometimes buy it to relieve stress when I’m feeling irritated before my period. Sometimes I buy it because I get tired of the color used. (40s) – Skin concerns change depending on the season, so I often think about changing my cosmetics when I run out of them. (30s)
