In order to strengthen global competitiveness while responding to changes in the market environment, the use of DX, AI, and SNS is becoming essential for beauty salon recruitment activities in Japan. However, even though we understand the need for this, we are unable to promote it due to various reasons such as a lack of human resources and funding, so the reality is that the shortage of hairdressers and the retention rate will never be resolved.
Therefore, we have combined JOBVR, a recruitment matching app specialized in the beauty industry by the “world’s best hairdresser” Ryu Kyogoku, with Instagram job advertisements and human resource introduction services specialized in the beauty industry, and we have created a service that allows each beauty student and hairdresser to We will propose the best beauty salon for you, improve the employment rate and retention rate of cosmetology students, and reduce the turnover rate of cosmetologists.
In order to solve recruitment issues in the beauty industry, we will provide innovative solutions using the fusion technology of JOBVR x Mjob.
