As the work environment continues to change due to advances in automation and digitalization, it has become essential for companies to update their employees’ skills and knowledge. Against this background, we have been providing reskilling support to Shiken’s inside sales department since November 2022 and promoting sales DX. As a result, we have achieved a 125% increase in new customers and an approximately 750% increase in new sales.

Shiken and our company have recently concluded a new reskilling support contract (contract period is from November 2023 to December 2024). As CRO, the purpose of this agreement is to promote further strategic reskilling from a management perspective and build a new career plan for Shiken employees.
