IT4 Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Tsunenori Sato) will sponsor the National Selection Elementary School Programming Competition, which will be held on March 3, 2024 (Sunday). This competition can support future IT talent gathered from all over the country, and it matches our efforts to “contribute to society through regional revitalization” in our sustainability promotion, so we decided to support and sponsor this competition. By discovering the talents of elementary school students living in all regions, this competition will spread programming skills, which tend to be concentrated in metropolitan areas, throughout the country and contribute to regional revitalization. Supporting such competitions will lead to the development of future excellent IT human resources and the creation of a sustainable society through “contributing to society through regional revitalization,” which is our sustainability policy. For this reason, we thought that this event was an initiative that we could support, and decided to sponsor it.
At the conference event, we will prepare a plan that will give participants and their parents an opportunity to learn about our initiatives and solutions.
Our company is working on activities to support local children, such as accepting four junior high school students from Chiyoda Ward for work experience in October 2023. We will contribute to society by contributing to the development of children who will be responsible for building the society of the future.
