Marugoto Digital General Incorporated Association holds its first local government/company joint study session!
“Entirely Digital Study Camp in Shiojiri – Meet, Learn, and Get Started” ……
Marugoto Digital General Incorporated Association (hereinafter referred to as “Marugoto Digital”), which was established in August 2023 by eight local governments including Hidaka Village, Kochi Prefecture, Change Co., Ltd., and KDDI Corporation, is working to eliminate the digital divide. As the first step towards this, we will be holding the first joint study session between local governments and companies, “Whole Digital Study Camp in Shiojiri – Meet, Learn, and Get Started” (hereinafter referred to as this study session). In this study session, we plan to visit a regional DX base in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, which is conducting advanced initiatives regarding digitalization, as well as share initiatives and exchange opinions on bridging the digital divide and utilizing digital technology among the participants. . In addition to the Marugoto Digital Secretariat and supporting members, we are looking for participants from a wide range of local governments and companies who are interested in Marugoto Digital activities. By holding this study session, we aim to bring together local governments and companies working to solve social issues, deepen collaboration, and further promote activities to bridge the digital divide and utilize digital technology across the country.
