Plaid begins recruiting for “KARTE STAR 2024”, which recognizes the challenges of companies using KARTE

From November 21, 2023 (Tuesday), Plaid Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo: Representative Director and CEO Kenta Kurahashi) will award customer companies that utilize the CX (customer experience) platform “KARTE” provided by the company. We are now accepting applications for “KARTE STAR 2024”.

 that are working on customer experience improvement (CX), digital business transformation (DX), and employee and team transformation (EX). With the KARTE STAR
recognition, Plaid aims to honor those who have improved the customer experience and grown the business with KARTE, and to share best practices widely.
The KARTE STAR awards will be announced at “KARTE Friends THANKS DAY 2024,” an invitation-only party exclusively for companies using KARTE, to be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.

KARTE STAR 2024 Recruitment Overview
Application period: November 21, 2023 (Tuesday) to January 12, 2024 (Friday) Application conditions: – Those who can cooperate with the applicant’s exposure through media coverage and appearances – Those who want to become a KARTE STAR and share their efforts with current and future KARTE Friends – Target period for trials and results listed in the entry details will be targeted for 2023 (even if the measures have been in place since before 2022, they will be covered if they produce results in 2023)
