Sanfrecce Hiroshima Co., Ltd. has announced the symbol mark and opening event schedule for “Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima,” which will be its new home stadium from the 2024 season. The announcement event was held on Friday, December 15, 2023, about 50 days before the opening, at Hiroshima City Motomachi Elementary School, which is the closest to Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima.

Today at around 11:45 a.m., Sanfrecce Hiroshima player Sota Koshido, Mr. Mizuki Saihara (Sanfrecce Hiroshima regional coordinator and extension coach), and the club’s official mascot visited Hiroshima City Motomachi Elementary School, which is the closest to Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima. Sanche, 32 Motomachi Elementary School students (5th and 6th graders), and Sanfrecce Hiroshima Stadium DJ Juroku Koto gathered in the schoolyard to hold the event. The children were looking forward to the moment when they would meet player Sanche. First, 32 children announced their choreography symbol marks with the cheerful voice of “Peace Wing.” The symbol mark, which was announced with a soccer-like production, depicts the “Wings of Hope” roof, which is the symbol of Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima, in a light, feather-like form, and the pillars lined up in multiple layers emanate from the stadium. It is expressed as a bold line that gives you a sense of enthusiasm.
