Strawberry mille-feuille pancakes
A “hybrid” pancake that allows you to enjoy a variety of textures in one bite is now available as “strawberry-filled” for a limited time. Chewy strawberry-flavored pancake batter is sandwiched with crunchy pie, fresh strawberries, and strawberry and custard cream. A rich custard cream is baked on the surface of the pancake to create a fragrant and crispy texture similar to brûlée.
Furthermore, we will put Haagen-Dazs ice cream “Strawberry” on top and serve fluffy strawberry chocolate cream to resemble Mont Blanc. The gorgeous pancakes are made with plenty of seasonal strawberries, and by adding raspberry sauce and a separate caramel sauce, you can enjoy the change in taste.
The carefully selected pancakes, which are a condensation of the pastry chef’s skills and taste, are a special menu that can only be enjoyed on the special floor “Lanai Terrace & Lounge”, which is reminiscent of a luxury hotel lounge.
