It has been 13 years since “Restaurant Masayuki Suju” opened in December 2009 at the Singapore Mandarin Gallery (adjacent to Hilton Singapore Orchard). About Masayuki Suju
Under the name of the store, Suju, which dates back to the Edo period, this is a grocery store that sells flavors of Shinshu with a focus on seasonings such as miso and soy sauce, and a restaurant that serves Japanese cuisine using those ingredients. Founded in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture in 2007, it has seven stores in Marunouchi, Roppongi, Nagoya, Shibuya, and Singapore.
