Iga City
[Iga City, Mie Prefecture] Held on Saturday, December 23rd! Area project connected by water and history “Aerial area tour experience project”
Get on a helicopter and watch your town from the sky! !
……
Iga City in Mie Prefecture, Kasagi Town and Minamiyamashiro Village in Kyoto Prefecture, and Yamazoe Village in Nara Prefecture, with which we have had long-standing ties, have formed an independent settlement area spanning three prefectures, which is rare in Japan. We are working on various initiatives under the theme of “Connecting.” As part of this effort, in order to foster a sense of unity as area residents from an early age, we will conduct an “Aerial Area Tour Experience Project” in which children will fly around the area in a helicopter (approximately 100 km, 45 minutes) over the area.
