Our next-generation video technology solution “Shoplive” has been adopted by San-A bd Online (FREE’S MART).
At SAN-A BD Online, we used to create around 30 short videos each month to introduce our products for SNS, but on our e-commerce site, they were only posted on the product detail page, so we decided to actively use them on the site. I wasn’t able to do that. SAN-A BD Online decided to use Shoplive as a solution to help users understand products using these short videos on e-commerce sites.
With the Shoplive short video feature, you can post full-screen vertical videos at various points on your e-commerce site, and you can search for products by swiping through videos with a UI similar to SNS like Instagram Stories or TikTok. There are also multiple templates for posting videos, so you can post short videos to suit your page. By utilizing the Shoplive short video function, we will post Shoplive short videos in various places such as the site TOP and product detail pages within San-A bd Online. You can search for products by swiping through videos with a SNS-like UI like Instagram Stories or TikTok. Through this, we aim to help users learn about our products in an easy-to-understand manner, and to allow them to experience various products through videos, which will lead to product purchases.
