○About social good type employment support service for people with disabilities Employment support services for people with disabilities are attracting attention as a type of business that provides companies with a work environment (satellite office, etc.) with specialized employment support for people with disabilities, in order to help companies solve the issue of hiring people with disabilities. We work with people with various types of disabilities, including mental, developmental, intellectual, and physical, and we provide an environment where they can work for a long time with peace of mind, with support staff always on hand to assist them with their work and care for their physical condition. While the main types of provision are “farm type” and “office type,” we have recently started a new “social good type” employment support service for people with disabilities. Social good employment of people with disabilities allows people with disabilities to conduct work that takes advantage of their characteristics in environmental conservation activities that promote corporate ESG, SDGs, CSR, and sustainability.
