Atsuya Niimura

After graduating from university, he joined Fujitsu Limited as a system engineer and worked on business system development projects. Daiki Ishimaru
Professional Coach/CTI Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC(R)) After graduating from university, he joined an IT system sales company and worked in corporate sales for 12 years. At the age of 34, I wanted to take on a new challenge and joined a human resources development venture that had only been in business for six months. After that, I discovered coaching and decided that I wanted to expand coaching to companies, so I started working at a coaching company. We support major companies in human resource education and organizational building using coaching and 1on1 support. He also studied coaching at CTI, one of the world’s leading coach training institutions, and was certified as a professional coach by CTI in the United States. At the age of 36, he became independent as a coach, mainly providing career support for business people in their 30s and coaching for managers within companies. Until the age of 34, he had no goals or dreams for his life and was so confused about his career that he changed jobs three times in two years, but he discovered coaching and was able to find his calling.
