Mitsubishi Corporation Life Sciences Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Koji Kishimoto; hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a wholly owned subsidiary, Vitamin C60 BioResearch Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: We have decided to integrate VC60 (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Kenji Oike) as of April 1, 2024.
In April 2020, we made VC60 a 100% subsidiary in order to strengthen our health field, including our cosmetics business. After that, our company and VC60 will jointly develop cosmetic ingredients using our food fermentation technology and materials, and in May 2023, VC60 will launch a new product, and we will continue to jointly develop further new products.
