Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Station (Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, General Manager: Kentaro Ohira) will be located on the 1st floor of the hotel from Friday, December 1, 2023 to Thursday, February 29, 2024. “DINING & BAR LAVAROCK” will be offering a dinner course “Winter Outing” using winter ingredients.

“DINING & BAR LAVAROCK” allows you to feel the vibrancy of the city through its large windows facing Ginza’s Chuo-dori.
The winter course, which uses plenty of seasonal seafood and mountain produce, expresses the depth of winter with each dish, creating a colorful and lively table setting.
The appetizers, which are eye-catching with their bright endives, are turnips that have become sweet due to the cold weather, and soft marinated squid, also known as winter squid.
The salad is Mexican nacho style with cheddar cheese sprinkled on tortillas. The fish dish is finished with a cream sauce made with fatty cold yellowtail and fragrant porcini. The meat dish is a stew made with beef shank and flavored vegetables in the style of Spezzatino. Serve with warm vegetables and cheese fondue sauce. In addition, we also offer winter cocktails such as “Winter Mojito”, which soothes your throat with the stimulation and exotic aroma of ginger, and “LAVAROCK MEXICANO”, a rich hot cocktail of coffee and chocolate.
In addition, “Cafe & Bakery GGCo.” on the first floor of the hotel also offers “Mame MAME Latte”, which is based on soy milk and finished with Japanese sweetness.
While looking out the window from inside the restaurant, which is inspired by a European train station, enjoy a meal with a glass of wine and a course where you can enjoy both meat and fish.
