■Environmentally friendly
Amichanmai, a high-amylose rice that is the main ingredient, is grown without pesticides to reduce environmental pollution, and uses substandard zucchini and discarded citrus peel to eliminate food loss. We also take into account the use of local products, including home-grown rice and agricultural products, to reduce transportation costs and environmental impact.
Protecting rice fields will definitely help prevent flooding caused by heavy rains due to global warming, and protecting the production of rice, the staple food of the Japanese people, will definitely help prepare for the food crisis that is said to come in the near future. . yahaba treats. lineup

To protect sustainable agriculture and rice fields
Paddy fields continue to decrease year by year due to climate change and acreage reduction. Coupled with the shift away from rice due to the Westernization of the diet and the government’s measures to encourage a switch to feed rice, the production of rice, the staple food of the Japanese people, is in a critical situation. Furthermore, as the nutritional value and sustainability of domestically produced superfood grains are attracting attention, the sharp decline in the number of producers is a serious problem. We want to deliver safe and delicious sweets to those who need them, catering to people with dietary restrictions and various food minorities such as policies and allergies. We also want to use rice to preserve rice farmers, paddy fields, and grains for the future. In order to commercialize this product, we are taking on the challenge of crowd-funding called Ishiwari in Iwate Prefecture, with the hope of protecting it. *Click here for Ishiwari’s crowdfunding page
