“Winter Donations: Bringing the Joy of Learning to All Children” ……
PLAS (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Ruiko Kadota; hereinafter PLAS), a specified non-profit organization that supports AIDS orphans, is a society where children left behind by society in Uganda and Kenya in Africa can live positively. We are working towards this goal. PLAS started a winter donation campaign on December 1st to provide support to 45 new children in 2024.

We want to bring the joy of learning to all children!
There was very happy news for PLAS in 2023.
We are pleased to inform you that the grandchild of Mary, one of the mothers participating in the FLOWER project, has won a scholarship and will now be able to receive financial support from the bank for secondary school.
It seems that getting a scholarship is really difficult, as Tobias, a local staff member who was interviewing with me, expressed his admiration.
“Thank you so much for making this project a turning point!” I will never forget the look on her face as she spoke happily. [Image 2

The Flower Business is a project with two pillars: support for improving livelihoods through indigenous vegetables, and life planning support that provides counseling to help children and mothers plan their futures and have faith in the future.
Approximately 2 years and 8 months have passed since the project started, and little by little we are starting to see changes in the lives of mothers and their families.
From December 1, 2023 to January 15, 2024, we are running a donation campaign called “Winter Donations: Bringing the Joy of Learning to All Children” with a goal of raising 500,000 yen.
In 2024, a new HOPE2 project will begin in Kenya, providing support to an additional 45 children.
The HOPE project has two pillars: support for improving livelihoods through poultry farming, and life planning support that provides counseling to help children and mothers plan their futures and believe in the future.
Please help us bring the joy of learning to all African children. ▼Click here to donate
