The Sapporo International Art Festival (abbreviation: SIAF) is a special art event held once every three years.We are pleased to announce additional participating artists for SIAF2024, which will open in January 2024.
Sapporo International Art Festival 2024 (abbreviation: SIAF2024) will be held from January 20th (Saturday) to February 25th (Sunday), 2024. This is the first time in six and a half years that the event will be held in winter. The six venues in Sapporo will be the “200 Year Journey” (Future Theater [Higashi 1-chome Theater Facility], Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art, Sapporo Art Museum) and the “Future Winter Experimental Zone” (Sapporo Cultural Arts Exchange Center SCARTS, Moere) The design is divided into two stories: Numa Park and Sapporo Snow Festival Odori 2-chome Venue), and will introduce a variety of works and projects from Japan and abroad.

About Sapporo International Art Festival 2024 (SIAF2024)
The Sapporo International Art Festival (abbreviation: SIAF) is a special art event held once every three years in Sapporo where you can encounter the latest art works from around the world. The first one was held in 2014, and the second one was held in 2017. The third time in 2020 was canceled, so this time it will be held for the first time in six and a half years.
At Sapporo International Art Festival 2024 (SIAF2024), under the direction of Director Hideaki Ogawa (Ars Electronica Future Lab co-representative/artist), under the theme of “LAST SNOW”,
