400F Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Hitoshi Nakamura, hereinafter “400F”) is a subsidiary of Monex Securities Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Yuko Kiyoaki, hereinafter “Monex Securities”) We have entered into an outsourcing agreement regarding financial services intermediary business with 400F, and from Friday, December 1, 2023, we will provide financial services including asset management consultation for users of Okaneko, an online household finance diagnosis and consultation service provided by 400F. We would like to inform you that we have started a partnership regarding intermediary business (hereinafter referred to as the “Partnership”).
