We would like to inform you that we will be implementing a %OFF campaign.
BEARS has been used by many customers every month since its launch last year, and we are now celebrating our first anniversary. In addition, we have analyzed the various comments we have received through the use of our services, and have redesigned the site with the aim of improving the user experience. To commemorate these events, we will be running a 50% OFF brokerage fee campaign.

From today until February 29, 2024, we will be running a 50% off brokerage fee campaign for the first 10 people who purchase a property worth 100 million yen or more in Tokyo’s 23 wards. The total amount returned through this campaign is equivalent to approximately 30 million yen*.
