Niigata Prefecture (Governor of Niigata Prefecture: Hideyo Hanazumi) will open the Tsubame Sanjo Italian Bit Ginza store on Saturday, January 27, 2024 as part of the “NIIGATA Culture Tourism” project to disseminate culture and tourism attractions. A cultural experience workshop will be held.
This is an event where you can experience the charm of Niigata while enjoying a workshop where you can experience Niigata culture with Bunkabito from Niigata, and a course menu using Niigata ingredients and local cuisine. We will treat you to an original menu only available on this day. Please apply.

Colorful small dolls made from rice flour (shinko) that have been passed down in Tokamachi City, Niigata Prefecture since ancient times. The word chinkoro means “puppy,” and it is a lucky charm that is often made in the shape of a puppy or the zodiac sign of the year. Since it is made of rice flour paste, it will crack and break after a few weeks, but it is said that the more broken pieces there are, the better the luck.

A cultural and tourism attraction dissemination project launched by Niigata Prefecture from 2020.
Tourism (cultural tourism) that allows people to experience the culture that is rooted in a region, such as traditional performing arts, food, and cultural assets, is named “NIIGATA Culture Tourism” and is divided into five areas within the prefecture (Niigata/Sado area, Uonuma area, Joetsu area). A special Italian restaurant in Ginza where you can enjoy Living National Treasures and famous tableware.
This is the second Tsubamesanjo Bit store, located in Ginza along Chuo-dori Street in Ginza.
Based on the concept of disseminating Niigata from the center of Japan, we are developing it in Ginza, where luxury and famous stores are gathered, with the hope that people who understand the value of the real thing can touch and experience it.
Ingredients are carefully selected from all over the country, including Niigata Prefecture, and shipped directly from the farm.
