Adachi Ward plans to open the Umeda 8-chome complex (library, childcare salon, NPO activity support center) in January 2020. Specialized knowledge and experience required from outside personnel For the new development of the library in Adachi City, there are two main requirements for the knowledge and experience of the staff concerned.
The first is to review the existing ward library services and carry out business reform (BPR), in order to understand the current state of the ward library, analyze issues, rebuild business processes, and review business manuals. Must have “management sense” and “analytical skills”.

Hiring external human resources in Adachi City
